At Nutty Ghee Sweets, everything starts with one uncompromising belief: real sweets deserve real ghee. We are a homegrown mithai brand based out of Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi, and we exist because we got tired of sweets that looked beautiful but tasted hollow - made with vanaspati, artificial flavours, and shortcuts that have no place in a traditional Indian kitchen.

We started small, with family recipes passed down through generations, a deep respect for the craft of Indian confectionery, and a stubborn refusal to compromise on ingredients. What began as sweets made for family and friends quickly grew into something bigger — because once people tasted the difference that 100% pure desi ghee makes, they kept coming back.

Why Pure Desi Ghee Matters

Most commercially available mithai today is made with vanaspati - a hydrogenated vegetable fat that mimics the texture of ghee at a fraction of the cost. It looks similar. But it doesn't taste the same, and it certainly doesn't carry the same nutritional or cultural significance.

Pure desi ghee is rich, aromatic, and deeply nourishing. It gives our laddus their melt-in-the-mouth texture, our barfis their clean finish, and our halwas their soul.
