PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
- We only accept payment for orders in INR.
- We accept payment by credit or debit cards like MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX, Netbanking, , UPI Payments, and all Mobile Wallets.
- Your account will still be charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the conversion rate used by the applicable payment scheme at the time your order is processed if you choose to pay for an item with a payment card from a foreign currency-denominated account.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of the data you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information via email. For details of the security measures we employ, please read our Security and Privacy Policy.
- We will not be liable to you for any losses brought on by unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you give us when placing an order, unless the information provided by you was abused or carelessly used by us.
- Please note that Nutty Ghee Sweets does not accept cash or checks as payment online.
- In case of a payment failure, please retry, ensuring: that the information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate, i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us at nuttyghee@gmail.com net with your order number for any clarifications.
PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS:
- Nutty Ghee Sweets sells perishable items, so it does not accept product returns. Any case of a refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Nutty Ghee Sweets.
- In the case of a refund, store credit or a coupon code will be provided for the refund amount within 7 days of accepting refund.
Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.
Important: Please note that during periods of significantly increased demand and lower stock availability, such as festivals like Rakhi, Diwali, etc., there is an increased risk of items being out of stock

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
