All unwarranted copies of content are strictly prohibited and illegal.

TRADEMARKS:

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any service are trademarks or service marks of Nutty Ghee Sweets, its affiliates, or its content suppliers. However, by availing of the services, you do not get any right to copy or use them.

YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT:

If you lose yourself with the portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for the authenticity of the information and for all activities that occur under your account or password. However, Nutty Ghee Sweets reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion, with no damage or demureness payable to you.

RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased electronically through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

You can place an order through our website, wwwNuttyGhee.com . Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered is out of stock; see product availability
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to reject acceptance of any order at any time in our absolute discretion

ONLINE

Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an email or SMS will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order.
Unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation instructions listed below, NuttyGhee.com will treat any online orders as accepted once they are dispatched, and the contract between you and them will be complete.
Our customer service team is available between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on all working days, Monday through Friday, on 7292070070.
When an order is placed, we request preauthorization for the value of the order from your bank or card issuer to ensure that the funds are available. However, this remains simply a pre-authorization request until the order is shipped, at which point we actually take payment. We have found that some card companies show the initial request and the later charge as two separate entries. Please be assured that we only charge your card once and that any 'second' charge is only temporary and will shortly disappear. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank or card issuer.
By registering yourself with us, you hereby agree that your consent has been given to us to send out SMS on our product updates, festive offers, and marketing campaigns via SMS and WhatsApp.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so online by logging into your account and cancelling any order you wish.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be in a position to cancel it. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy section.
In order to change the details of your order, you must change the order details online within 15 minutes of your order being placed. After this time, we will be unable to amend your order as we endeavor to process orders immediately.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

We only accept payment for orders in INR.
We accept payment by credit or debit cards like MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX, Netbanking, , UPI Payments, and all Mobile Wallets.
Your account will still be charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the conversion rate used by the applicable payment scheme at the time your order is processed if you choose to pay for an item with a payment card from a foreign currency-denominated account.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of the data you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information via email. For details of the security measures we employ, please read our Security and Privacy Policy.
We will not be liable to you for any losses brought on by unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you give us when placing an order, unless the information provided by you was abused or carelessly used by us.
Please note that Nutty Ghee Sweets does not accept cash or checks as payment online.
In case of a payment failure, please retry, ensuring: that the information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate, i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us at nuttyghee@gmail.com net with your order number for any clarifications.

PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Nutty Ghee Sweets sells perishable items, so it does not accept product returns. Any case of a refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Nutty Ghee Sweets.
In the case of a refund, store credit or a coupon code will be provided for the refund amount within 7 days of accepting refund.

Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.

Important: Please note that during periods of significantly increased demand and lower stock availability, such as festivals like Rakhi, Diwali, etc., there is an increased risk of items being out of stock

PRICING POLICY

All prices shown on the website are in INR. Taxes are all-inclusive and will be highlighted after checkout, before the final payment. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order, in respect of the incorrectly priced item, as cancelled.
Nutty Ghee Sweets endeavors to ensure that all products offered on the website are available at the same price as they are offered on the various other marketplaces. However, if the same items are listed by Nutty Ghee Sweets and the partner brand itself lists the product at a different price, Nutty Ghee Sweets cannot be held responsible.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION:

We feature products and services on our website that have been carefully selected for an exclusive buying experience. Once a product is sold out, it will be temporarily unavailable on the website and will only be available again once it is back in stock.
Prices of products and services may change from time to time. If items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or sold at a higher or lower price than shown on your order, we will contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you via telephone or email, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced and continue to process the remaining items on your order (where applicable).
All products are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than the item it is replacing; substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. If a replacement item is of greater value, you will be liable for the difference in product value.

All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by India law.

PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The delivery is available across Gurgaon and Delhi region within 7 days. We do not deliver in other regions.

As a customer you get to choose delivery date. Across Gurgaon, we deliver items within 2 working hours (for order placed before 9M IST). Our working hours are 9 AM to 10PM all days including Sunday. If you do not want immediate delivery or immediate pickup from our shop in sector 40, Gurgaon, then you can schedule delivery across Gurgaon by selecting an available time slot available on CART page while ordering the product. We will deliver within that time slot, and, in case it is not possible, then we will inform you via mail and/or phone call.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Nutty Ghee Sweets, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Nutty Ghee Sweets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Nutty Ghee Sweets. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Nutty Ghee Sweets, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Nutty Ghee Sweets.
